Great ride today – dodged the morning rain and late afternoon gloom for a lovely ride to Seaside, Oregon.

39 miles, 1600 feet of climbing and the Pacific Ocean – quite a view!

My fellow riders are starting to arrive – some really nice and interesting people which is exciting. Despite a couple of great rides with my friend Charlie most of my training has been solo and I am now completely bored of cycling on my own. I am really looking forward to cycling in a group and working as a team.

The big day is coming…..

If you are bored of riding (solo) then do what the rest of us would do and sit on the beech!!

    Enjoy

Sorry to ‘Simon’ if this is the wrong space, but Nick, how do I post comments? This seems to be the spot for replying to Simon.
